Harvey holds a health sciences degree from Simon Fraser University and brings a background in greenhouse quality control, blueberry farming, and business-to-business sales. That combination of technical training and client work gives him a careful, detail-focused approach to every purchase.

For buyers, Harvey compares the projects on the market now with those coming soon, so each purchase is made with confidence. He reviews the depreciation report, strata minutes, and building documents with his clients, explains which terms can be negotiated on a new build, and walks presale buyers through deposit schedules, completion dates, and what to review before signing. Legal and tax questions are referred to a lawyer or accountant.

Harvey also specializes in daily short-form content, giving buyers and sellers a regular view of the market, new projects, and listings. Outside real estate, he is dedicated to bodybuilding and nutrition, and brings the same discipline to his daily videos. Follow along on Instagram @harvey.khakh.

Harvey was born and raised in Abbotsford, in a Sumas Prairie farming family, and works across the Lower Mainland of BC, from Vancouver to Hope.
