WHO WE ARE

Homestead Realty Group is a real estate team based in Abbotsford, BC, serving buyers and sellers across the Lower Mainland, from Vancouver to Hope. We work with acreage, detached homes, and attached homes, as well as foreclosures and court-ordered sales.

Strata properties and land call for very different expertise, and our team brings both. When a client sells a condo to buy an acreage, or sells an acreage to move into a townhouse, we plan the sale and the purchase together so the timing works as one move.

We were raised in a Sumas Prairie farming family, and our father runs the family farm today. That background informs how we evaluate land: water, septic, drainage, ALR status, and how much of the property is usable.

Jay leads the team. He specializes in luxury homes, farm estates, hobby farms, new build lots, rural land, farm leases, and commercial farm operations, as well as foreclosures and court-ordered sales. He has been selling farms for over 5 years and is building his own farmhouse in the Sumas Prairie.

Harvey specializes in new construction and strata, including presales, condos, and townhouses. He has been selling residential properties and presales for over 2 years and compares current and upcoming projects so buyers can purchase with confidence.

From the home inspection to wells, septic, drainage, and flood risk on acreage, we line up the checks with inspectors we trust.

Plan Both Sides

If you're selling too, we plan the sale and the purchase together, so the timing works as one move.
